Privacy Policy Justis Records, in conjunction with Nex IT Australia web design unit (herein known as "Nex IT") collect personally identifiable information about you in order to provide you with the services of Justis Records - a system comprising of an online ordering system and a delivery system dedicated to the products producted by Justis Records. The construct of the Justis Records website requires that you state your credentials including your name, contact phone number and location of delivery. This information is stored within an encrypted database on the Nex IT Australia Neon server (along with an encrypted backup of this data on server Krypton), which only Nex IT System Administrators, and designated administrators of Justis Records can have access to. The details contained within this database are strictly confidential, and will NOT be forwarded onto any third party entity unless it is to provide you with the service you require. Third party entites are under strict instructions not to divulge, replicate or distribute any information about any Justis Records user to another third party entity without prior consent of Justis Records or Nex IT Australia. Nex IT Australia and all subsidiaries hereby remain the sole arbiter of the system construct will continue to have continued involvement in the system construct and content; however, we reserve our right to access and repair, alter and change the database construct or contents at ANY time. Nex IT is also goverened under this privacy policy, and any data that is within the Justis Records database will not leave the Nex IT corporate network, for any reason. Currently, 2 System Administrators access to the database in unrestricted mode. The details of these two Administrators is outlined below.
In order to provice maintenance, administration and actioning of order requests from the Justis Records system, one administrator has been granted sole access to the system. This administrator has access to all areas of the database, however, limited only to those allowed by the construct. Nex IT Australia System Administrator - System Administrator The developer of the database construct is the system administrator - the programmer and designer of the core Justis Records system. This administrator has complete and unrestricted access to the Justis Records database, and any information contained within it - also encompassing the ability to change the database construct and contents to integrate with the existing Justis Records system construct. Privacy and Nex IT are dealt with under the Nex IT Australia Privacy Policy, available to view at : http://www.nexit.com.au/privacy.asp. The Justis Records system database will never leave the confines of the Nex IT Corporate Network, and will only ever be viewed in raw data if and when system maintenance of the construct is requred.
